Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, USA & Canada.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge shipping costs.
International deliveries: We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Shipping costs

Shipping costs within Germany are €4.99.
The shipment will be sent via DHL.

EU ZONE 1: Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands - Shipment via DHL
EU ZONE 2: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic - Shipment via DHL
EU ZONE 3: Greece, Croatia, Cyprus - Shipment via DHL
NON EU: United Kingdom & Switzerland - Shipment via DHL
AMBERKIA: USA, Canada - Shipment via DHL

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 2-3 days, for deliveries to EU Zone 1, EU Zone 2 and EU Zone 3 within 3-14 days and for deliveries to America within 15-25 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
